Which party will win North Dakota in the 2020 presidential election?
Market Rules
The party whose presidential candidate is announced to have received the largest number of valid votes coming from individual American voters in the state of North Dakota during the 2020 Presidential Election will be considered the winning outcome of this question.
The resolution to this question is independent from whether or not the referred presidential candidate ends up receiving all the Electoral College votes from that state of not. It also is irrelevant to it whether or not the winner of the popular vote in the state is elected president or not. All that matters is that there is a candidate with more individual votes than any other candidate, and that such candidade is from a specific party, so that the respective party can be declared the winner of this question.
For the sake of this question, a presidential candidate is considered to be from a specific party when: A) he/she is elected with a ballot-listed or otherwise identifiable affiliation with such party, or B) he/she has publicly stated an intention to caucus with such party.
Futuur may decide to resolve this question at any point after November 4th, 2020, when it considers the official election results, concession speeches and eventual legal actions taken by parties have finally made clear which candidate was the winner in the referred state.
