Will Discord go public by the end of 2026?
Market Rules
This event predicts whether Discord will publicly announce and set a definitive date for an initial public offering (IPO) or direct listing at any time between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026 (inclusive). The Primary Designated Source (PDS) will be an official announcement by Discord or a recognized stock exchange confirming an IPO or direct listing with a specified date.
If Discord or a stock exchange officially announces an IPO or direct listing for Discord with a specific date during this period, this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". Vague statements of intent or tentative timelines without a fixed date will not count, and the listing does not need to occur for resolution. If official announcements are unclear, the Secondary Confirmation Mechanism (SCM) will rely on consistent reporting from major financial news organizations. Resolution will reflect the substantive announcement of going public with a set date, not speculation. If a definitive determination cannot be made, Futuur may cancel this market with a public explanation.
