About this question

During the 2018 campaign, vice-president Mourão made harsh statements about Brazil's 13th wage (a payment in the same amount of a regular monthly wage all workers must receive from their employers by the end of the year), which is a right granted in the Constitution. For this question to be resolved as "Yes", Congress must approve a Constitutional Amendment Project modifying article 7 of the Constitution to either supress such payment or make it no longer mandatory. This question's resolution will not be revised in case the Supreme Court declares such amendment illegal after it gets approved in both the House and the Senate.
