The well-known minister of the Supreme Court, Gilmar Mendes, is about to judge the alleged partiality of the current Minister of Justice, Sérgio Moro, who risks having his sentences overturned because of this decision, if he is declared a partial judge. Such a decision could impact on several cases, including former President Lula's.

If the Brazilian Supreme Court considers Moro a partial judge with regards to any of his previous trials, this market will be resolved as "Yes", regardless of whether or not such rullings are immediately overturned or not.
