At the end of season 3 of La Casa De Papel, Nairobe revealed that she had a series of regrets related to her relationship with her son. Her wish to see him was later used against her by Inspector Sierra in order to get to get Nairobi shot.
If Nairobi manages to meet her son in person before the end of season 4 of La Casa de Papel, this question will be resolved as "YES".
