If Brazilian municipal elections are postponed, when will they take place?

Market Rules

This question will only be resolved if its initial condition is (Brazil's municipal elections being postponed) is met. If the first round of voting in Brazil's municipal elections of 2020 are still held on October 4th, this question will be canceled and bets will be returned to users.

This question will also be canceled if such elections are not held by December 31st, 2022.

If the first round of the upcoming Brazil's municipal elections are held between October 5th, 2020, and December 31st, 2022, this question will be resolved according to the year in which it is held.
