Will the Bolsonaro-Mourão slate be revoked by Brazil's Supreme Electoral Court in 2021?
Market Rules
Brazil's TSE (Supreme Electoral Court) has six actions against Jair Bolsonaro's campaign, which is accused, among other things, of deliberate illegal dissemination of fake news in the campaign to affect the election results.
If any of the electoral judicial investigation actions that are currently pending against Jair Bolsonaro and Hamilton Mourão's joint ticket in the 2018 elections are indeed judged by December 31, 2021, and the court decides that the Bolsonaro/Mourão ticket should be revoked (hence determining their current mandates as president/vice-president should also be revoked), this market will be resolved as "Yes", even if the defendants appeal to any higher court after that.
