Will the Brazilian National Security Law be repealed in Brazil by the end of 2021?

Brazil's National Security Law was sanctioned in 1983 and is still in effect, despite allegations that the law is not compatible with the Federal Constitution of 1988. According to some law specialists, the vague terms of the referred law might lead to forms of punishment that many perceive as authoritarian and prosecutorial.
In fact, since the beginning of 2021, Brazilian press vehicles have highlighted cases in which members of Congress, the office of the Presidency of the Republic, and Brazil's Supreme Court have all used the National Security Law as a means to punish critics and opponents of different ideological tendencies both on and outside of social networks. That has led critics to advocate for the need to either change or repeal the law entirely.
If Brazil's National Security Law (Law 7.170/83) is repealed - no matter if after the passing of new legislation on the same subject, on account of it being ruled unconstitutional, or through any other means - by December 31st, 2021, this market will be resolved as “Yes”.
