Will all of Bolsonaro’s Health Ministers testify in Brazil's "CPI da Covid"?

On April 13th, 2021, the Parliamentary Investigation Commission of Covid (CPI da Covid, in the Portuguese acronym) was started in the Brazilian Senate. The commission's goals are to inquire about actions and omissions of Brazil's federal government in tackling the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as irregularities in the use of funding that had been transferred from the Union to state governments to address the pandemic.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, four different individuals have already held the office of Ministers of Health in Jair Bolsonaro’s administration. If both Luiz Henrique Mandetta, Nelson Teich, Eduardo Pazuello, and Marcelo Queiroga testify in "CPI da Covid", this market will be resolved as “Yes”.
Futuur considers that remote participations do meet the criteria for resolving this market, as long as they take place live. Pre-recorded testimonies will not be taken into account.
