Will Roberto Campos Neto leave office by the end of 2021?

Roberto Campos Neto took office as president of Brazil's Central Bank in February of 2019. If he leaves such position by December 31, 2021, this market will be resolved as "Yes".
The criteria to resolve this market as "Yes" will be the official announcement of Roberto Campos Neto's permanent release from the duties related to that office. Such announcement must be made or confirmed either by Roberto Campos Neto himself, Brazil's President, or the presidential spokesperson.
If Roberto Campos Neto is only temporarily released from duty, only to be readmitted into office shortly after that, this market will remain open.
