In early September 2021, Brazil's Supreme Court justice Alexandre de Moraes issued an arrest warrant against truck driver Marcos Antônio Pereira Gomes, known as "Zé Trovão". A week later, Brazil's Federal Police traced his whereabouts in Mexico. After a month as a fugitive, Zé Trovão asked for authorization from Brazil's Supreme Court (STF) for him to return to the country.

If truck driver Marcos Antônio Pereira Gomes returns to Brazil by the end of 2021, this market will be resolved as "Yes", regardless of his legal situation at the moment he disembarks in the country.
