Will Saudi Arabia and Israel normalize relations by the end of 2022?

On August 13th, 2020, the United Arab Emirates have announced an agreement to fully normalize relations with Israel brokered by the United States. The move raised speculations that other countries could follow a similar track, also normalizing their relations with Israel.
If Saudi Arabia announces the normalization of diplomatic relations with Israel by December 31, 2021, this market will resolve to "Yes".
