US home prices: will the S&P/Case-Shiller Index reach 400 by the end of 2022?
Market Rules
Home prices have risen in the United States since 2012, and have drastically soared since July of 2020. In the context of cheap credit, a home supply bust, and possible inflation rise, some believe the S&P/Case-Shiller Index (an important reference for the US National home prices) could present further rises.
If the S&P/Case-Shiller Index reaches 400 by December 31, 2022, this market will resolve to “Yes”.
This market will be resolved according to the Index’s monthly figures, as processed by S&P Dow Jones Indices and charted at https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/CSUSHPISA
