Will Russia annex Moldovan territory by the end of 2022?

The Russian military operation in Ukraine in February 2022, suggests the possibility of the Russian government deploying troops and weapons to other former Soviet Union areas of influence containing ethnic Russian populations. The Transnistrian region in Moldova is one of these areas, to the West of Ukraine.
If Russia claims authority over some portion of the Moldovan territory and deploys military forces over the referred area by December 31, 2022, this market will resolve to "Yes".
