This market refers to season 3 of "The Umbrella Academy", the TV show produced by HBO.

In season three, it is revealed that Serac keeps his brother frozen for not fitting into the new phase of humanity. If that brother appears (unfrozen) in season 4 of the show, this market will resolve to "Yes".
