This market refers to Volume 2 of season 4 of "Stranger Things", the TV show produced for Netflix's streaming service.
At the end of Volume 1, Eddie was being wanted for the mysterious murders taking place in Hawkings. Even if the Vecna is defeated, the group would still have to figure out how to exonerate Eddie, as the people of Hawkings were carrying out a real witch hunt.
If at the end of Volume 2 Eddie is cleared from the accusations regards the murders in Hawkings, this market will resolve to "Yes".
