Will a tax reform pass in Brazil's Congress by the end of Lula's term?
Market Rules
This market will resolve to “Yes” if a tax reform passes in Brazil's Congress between the beginning of Luís Inácio Lula da Silva's term in office (in January 2023) and the day he permanently leaves office (regardless of whether that happens at the scheduled end of his full term in January 2027 or sooner for any reason).
For the sake of resolving this market, the tax reform should promote the permanent extinction or fusion of at least one of the following tributes: PIS, ICMS, ISS, IPI, and Cofins, even if those changes only go into effect after the presidential term is over.
