Market Rules

Bill 2633/2020 passed in the House of Representatives in August 2021 and was had not yet been voted in Brazil's Senate until at least June 2022. This proposal enhances the size of rural areas that may be regularized depending only on the consultation of documents, georeferenced data and other resources, without the need of presential inspection.

If PL2633/20 (bill 2633/20) passes in Brazil's National Congress (House and Senate) by the end of the legislative session of 2026, this market will resolve to "Yes".
