Will Brazil's Supreme Court rule that the "Secret Budget" is unconstitutional still in 2022?

In December 2022, Brazil's Supreme Court (STF) began to judge 4 motions (ADPFs) that questioned whether or not the so-called "Secret Budget" — i.e. the execution of draftsman amendment to the federal budget, a.k.a. RP9 — was constitutional.

If the trial of the aforementioned motions is finished in 2022 and the majority of Supreme Court justices vote in favor of considering the "secret budget" to be unconstitutional and, hence, determine that it must be interrupted, this market will resolve to "Yes".
