Will Coinbase be fined for more than 100 million USD by the end of 2023?

In 2023, cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase received a notification from the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of a possible enforcement action against the company, due to federal securities law violations.
If by December 31st, 2023, the SEC determines that Coinbase should pay at least 100 million US Dollars for infringing federal laws, this market will resolve to “Yes”. The market will resolve to “Yes” even if the company protests the determination and the payment does not effectively occur by the referred date. The market will also resolve to “Yes” if a more than 100 million dollars settlement between the company and regulators becomes public by the referred date.
