This prediction market aims to determine whether the trial of the right to abortion up to the 12th week of pregnancy in Brazil's Supreme Court (STF) will be resumed before the end of 2024. The outcome will be determined based on official statements from STF or news reports from major news outlets that Futuur deems credible.

The market will resolve as 'Yes' if the trial (formally filed as ADPF 442, or Arguição de Descumprimento de Preceito Fundamental 442, in Portuguese) is resumed before STF begins the 2024 end-of-year recess, and 'No' if it is not. The resumption of the trial will be determined by an official court session where the ADPF 442 case is actively discussed or voted on.
