Qatar and Israel to normalize relations in 2024?

On August 13th, 2020, the United Arab Emirates announced an agreement to fully normalize relations with Israel, brokered by the United States. At the time, Qatari authorities have congratulated these nations for the agreement, a move that raised speculations that maybe the country could follow a similar track.
If by December 31, 2024, Qatar announces the normalization of diplomatic relations with Israel this market will resolve to "Yes".
