Will the UN Security Council sanction Israel by the end of 2025?

This market aims to predict whether Israel will be subject to one or more resolutions containing sanctions passed by the United Nations Security Council in 2025, in connection with the disobedience to rulings of the International Court of Justice (ICJ).
The connection between the sanction in the resolution and the disobedience to the ICJ's decision must be explicit in the body of the resolution text for this market to be resolved as "Yes." The market will also be resolved as "Yes" if such an explicit connection is absent in the resolution text, as long as it mentions Israel's inability or violation to comply with the application of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide in the Gaza Strip or elsewhere.
The nature of the sanction can include –but is not necessarily limited to – complete or partial interruption of economic relations and rail, sea, air, postal, telegraphic, radio, and other means of communication, as well as the severance of diplomatic relations.
If a resolution containing sanctions is proposed but vetoed by a permanent member of the Security Council, this will not count as a "Yes" resolution.
