Sundar Pichai still CEO of Alphabet through the end of 2026?

This event predicts whether Sundar Pichai will remain Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Alphabet Inc. through December 31, 2026. The Primary Designated Source (PDS) will be Alphabet Inc.’s official disclosures about its CEO (e.g., official press releases, investor relations statements, and relevant regulatory filings such as SEC filings).
If Sundar Pichai is still officially CEO of Alphabet at the end of December 31, 2026, this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If, on or before December 31, 2026, Sundar Pichai or an official Alphabet spokesperson/filing states that he will step down as CEO (effective on or before that date), this will be sufficient for "No" even if his last working day occurs later. Temporary leaves of absence will not affect resolution as long as he officially retains the CEO title. If official disclosures are unclear, the Secondary Confirmation Mechanism (SCM) will rely on consistent reporting from multiple major, reputable news organizations. Resolution will reflect the substantive officeholding status, not minor technicalities. If a definitive determination cannot be made, Futuur may cancel this market with a public explanation.
