Will Apple's net profit in Q1 2027 exceed Q1 2026's?

Market Rules

This market predicts whether Apple Inc.'s reported net income for fiscal Q1 2027 (the thirteen-week period ending in late December 2026) will be strictly greater than the figure Apple reported for fiscal Q1 2026 (the thirteen-week period ending in late December 2025). If Apple's officially reported GAAP net income for fiscal Q1 2027 exceeds the GAAP net income reported for fiscal Q1 2026, this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, it will resolve to "No".

Resolution uses the first official figures released by Apple in its Q1 2027 earnings press release and 10-Q filing; subsequent revisions or restatements do not affect resolution. Non-GAAP measures (e.g., adjusted net income, operating income) do not count — only GAAP net income, as reported on the consolidated statement of operations. If Apple has not released its fiscal Q1 2027 earnings by February 28, 2027 (23:59 UTC), the market resolves to "No".

The Primary Designated Source is Apple's official Q1 2027 earnings press release and Form 10-Q filing, published on Apple Investor Relations and filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC EDGAR). A consensus of credible reporting may be used to confirm the official figures.
