Market Rules

This event counts only formal nominations made between November 5, 2026, 16:00 UTC and January 4, 2031, 11:59 PM Brasília time (BRT), the eve of the scheduled end of his fourth presidential term. Each market resolves "Yes" if the listed person is the first person President Lula formally nominates for a seat on the Supreme Federal Court (STF) in that period, per official communications of the Presidency and the Federal Senate. Only one market can resolve "Yes"; if no formal nomination happens in the period, or the nominee is not listed, all markets resolve "No".
