Will Chris Collins Be Imprisoned For Insider Trading Before End of 2019?

If New York representative Chris Collins is found guilty of illegal use of insider trading on or before December 31, 2019, this question will be resolved as "Yes" regardless of further revisions of such decision. It's necessary for such resolution that the conviction is publicly confirmed by either an authorized representative from the court where the charge was judged, the charging agency or Chris Collins' legal team before the year ends.
