Market Rules

Federal law 12.711 (Affirmative Action Law) is scheduled to be revised in 2022 - when it completes 10 years since its creation. If at the time o such revision congress determines a reduction in the percentage of seats reserved for black, brown, and native Brazilians in federal universities and public offices, this market will be resolved as "Yes". If law 12.711 is modified by congress before the scheduled revision date of 2022, this market will be canceled and bets will be returned to forecasters.
