Will a Saudi Aramco IPO Take Place Before end of 2020?

The Initial Public Offer of stocks from Saudi Arabia's state oil company Saudi Aramco - which is speculated to be the biggest IPO in history - was promised in 2016 by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, and has since been a topic sorrounded by speculation and anticipation.
If shares from Saudi Aramco are openly traded in any stock exchange on or before December 31st, 2020, this question will be resolved as "Yes".
