Will Ozymandias have another plan for humanity?

At the end of Watchmen's original story, we see that Ozymandias had created a greater threat, so that the great powers would set aside their differences and work together against this common enemy.

At the beginning of the TV series humanity seems to be well divided again. If by the end of season 1 of Watchmen it is shown that Ozymandias has another plan for bring mankind together, this question will be resolved as “YES”
