Will Rudy Giuliani be criminally convicted by the end of 2020?

Until the end of November of 2019, the impeachment hearings promoted by the House of Representatives have resulted in Rudy Giuliani being quoted by some testimonies as a person directly linked with the pursuit of investigations in Ukraine against Joe Biden.
Giuliani’s associates Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman were indicted for violating campaign finance laws. Parnas worked closely with Giuliani in Ukraine and has recently declared that he is willing to testify to the House on the impeachment inquiry.
If Rudy Giuliani is found guilty of one or more federal criminal offenses on or before December 31, 2020, this market will be resolved as "Yes" regardless of further revisions of such decision. It's necessary for such resolution that the conviction is publicly confirmed by either an authorized representative from the court where the charge was judged, the charging agency, or Rudy Giuliani's legal team before the end of 2020.
