Market Rules

The winning outcome of this question will be determined by the estimates on unemployment ("desocupação") presented in the monthly Pesquisa Nacional por Amostra de Domicílios Contínua (PNAD Contínua) for November.

The referred rate will be compared to that of the previous month in order to determine whether or not it grew.

The outcome will only consider the data originally released and not eventual further modifications.
