Will Michael Avenatti Be Found Guilty, in 2020, of Extorting Nike?

If famous lawyer Michael Avenatti is found guilty of attempting to extort Nike on or before December 31, 2020, this market will be resolved as "Yes" regardless of further revisions of such decision.
It's necessary for such resolution that the conviction is publicly confirmed by either an authorized representative from the court where the charge was judged, the charging agency or Michael Avenatti's legal team before the year ends.
