Will Bento Albuquerque leave office by July 1st?

Market Rules

Bento Costa Lima Leite de Albuquerque Júnior took office as Brazil's Secretary of Energy and Mining on January 1, 2019. If he remains in office by July 1st, 2020, this question will be resolved as "No". Otherwise, it will be resolved as "Yes".

The criteria to resolve this question is the effective and permanent release from duties by Bento Costa Lima Leite de Albuquerque Júnior. Therefore, the following scenarios shall not count as leaving office:

1) Announcing his intention to leave office before July 1st, but only doing so after such date;

or

2) Being temporarily released from duty, only to be readmitted into office within 48h from that.

In both of the referred cases, this question shall still be resolved as "No".
