Will "Future-se" program be voted on in Congress in 2020?

Market Rules

In early September, 2019, Brazil's education minister, Abraham Weintraub, presented the “Future-se” program as an alternative to funding and self-sufficiency for public universities. Many universities and entities have opposed the proposal by making this issue an institutional dispute over the autonomy of public universities.

If by December 31, 2020, the “Future-se” program is voted in the House of Representatives or the Federal Senate - whether approved or rejected - this market will be resolved as “Yes”.
