The advancement of the Convid-19 pandemic has required nations to take quick and effective actions to protect their respective populations. One of the proposals being discussed in Brazil is to use of the money that is part of Brazil's Electoral Fund as an emergency resource to fight against Covid-19.

If Brazil's Congress determines that a considerable portion of the money from the Electoral fund which was originaly supposed to fund the 2020 elections must be instead relocated to fight Covid-19, this question will be resolved as "Yes."
