Democratic Presidential candidate Joe Biden was the target of political attacks in a recent past for his influence Ukraine, epitomized by the enrollment of his son in the board of the Burisma gas company. Such alegations were at the core of Trump's impeachment scandal, as it was the president's request for Ukraine to find "dirt" on Biden in exchange for military aid that led the House od Representatives to impeach Trump for abuse of power.
If by the 2020 election day a new report containing new incriminating evidence/allegations against Joe Biden and/or his associates in Ukraine ventilates broadly in the US mainstream media, this question will be resolved as “Yes”.
