New nuclear power in the world by the end of 2024?

Market Rules

In 2020, nine countries in the world possessed military nuclear power: the United States, Russia, France, China, the United Kingdom, Pakistan, India, Israel, and North Korea. Will any other country join the nuclear power "community" by the end of 2024?

This question will be resolved based on the latest version of the Status of Nuclear Forces numbers from the Federation of American Scientists, as available on December 31st, 2024. Even if a country has nuclear weapons that are either in deposits or decommissioned, it will be still considered as the owner of a nuclear arsenal - and, therefore, a nuclear power - in this question.
