Will Brazil's Supreme Court require the opening of a lawsuit against Jair Bolsonaro?
Market Rules
In April of 2020, Brazil's Attorney General, Augusto Aras, asked the Supreme Court to open an investigation on the acusations made by former minister Sergio Moro against president Jair Bolsonaro.
In the event that the investigation concludes that the president commited a crime, it will be up to Brazil's Supreme Court to refer the case to the House.
If Brazil's Supreme Court asks the House to open of a lawsuit against president Jair Bolsonaro for a common crime before the beginning of December's legislative recess begins, this market will be resolved as "Yes".
