Brazilian activist Sara Winter has gained prominence in the national political news for being the leader of a far-right paramilitary group called "300 do Brasil". On her social media, Winter has made public threats to the Supreme Court Justices, challenged the Court to issue an arrest warrant against her, and even led a protest march with masks and torches towards the Court.

The "300" became one of the targets in an investigation led by Brazil's Attorney General's Office, in the scope of an inquiry related to anti-democratic demonstrations. Winter's situation got even more delicate given her declartion that, if she were subpoenaed to testify, she would refuse to do so.

If Sara Winter is indeed subpoenaed to testify before Brazil's Federal Police by December 31, 2020, and publicly refuses to attend the place where she was expected to testify, this market will be resolved as "Yes."
