Will Caixa Econômica Federal's privatization plan be delivered to the Brazilian Congress in 2020?

Market Rules

During an interview to CNN Brasil in early July, Brazil's Economy Minister, Paulo Guedes, said that the Federal Government would announce four major privatizations by the end of 2020.

In mid-August, Guedes' team delivered to Congress the privatization plan for the Brazilian Post and Telegraph Company (ECT). The move triggered a strike by ECT workers, and raised the expectations for the announcement of the next public companies to have such a plan delivered to Congress. The list of speculated companies includes Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal and Petrobras.

If by December 31, 2020, the government of Brazil delivers to Congress a plan for the privatization of Caixa Econômica Federal, this market will be resolved as "Yes".
