Will Lula register as a presidential candidate in 2022?

In early September 2020, the former President of Brazil, Lula, published a letter in which he made heavy criticisms regarding the way Brazil's sitting-President (Jair Bolsonaro) dealing with the pandemic. At the time, some specialists saw the release of the letter as a signal the former president Lula may attempt to run for president again in 2022.
If former President Lula does file an official request to run as a presidential candidate in the 2022 elections, this market will be resolved as "Yes", regardless of whether such candidature is approved or rejected by Brazil's Electoral Justice.
