Will Mário Frias leave the office of Secretary of Culture in 2021?

Market Rules

Mário Frias took office as Brazil's Secretary of Culture in June of 2020. Frias was the fifth person to be named for that position in the first 18 months of Jair Bolsonaro's government. If he leaves such position by December 31st, 2021, this market will be resolved as "Yes".

The criteria to resolve this market as "Yes" will be the official announcement of Mário Frias' permanent release from the duties related to that office. Such announcement must be made or confirmed either by Frias himself, the President of Brazil or the presidential spokesperson.

If Mário Frias is only temporarily released from duty, only to be readmitted into office shortly after that, this market will remain open.
