Will the US Dollar close any day trading for less than 4 Brazilian Reais in 2021?

Market Rules

If the daily closing exchange rate between the US Dollar (USD) and the Brazilian Real (BRL) is lower than 4 reais per dollar at the end of any day before December 31st, 2021, this market will be resolved as "Yes".

If the lowest closing exchange rate of the year is equal to exactly 4 reais (4,0000) per dollar, the outcome for this market will be "No".
