Will Brazil be exporting COVID vaccines before the end of 2021?
Market Rules
Brazil has closed deals with Sinovac and AstraZeneca/Oxford for transferring technology that would allow the production of COVID-19 vaccines by Butantan Institute and Fiocruz, respectively. If the manufacturing is successful and manages to provide more doses than what's needed in the Brazilian territory, they plan on exporting doses to other countries.
If Brazil starts exporting COVID-19 vaccines anytime before December 31, 2021, this market will be resolved as "Yes"
