Will the National Nuclear Safety Authority in Brazil be created by June 2021?

In 2020, the Brazilian government announced it was preparing the creation of a new body in the nuclear sector, the National Authority for Nuclear Safety (ANSN, in the Portuguese acronym), which would be responsible for inspecting and controlling activities currently performed by the National Nuclear Energy Commission (CNEN). According to the government's plans, ANSN would be exclusively dedicated to the themes of nuclear safety, nuclear physical safety, radiation protection, and safeguards.
The Brazilian Ministry of Mines and Energy confirmed that the text for a provisional measure for the creation of the ANSN is being finalized, with completion expected in the beginning of 2021.
If by the end of June 2021 the ANSN is created by any legal mechanism in Brazil - such as (but not restricted to) provisional measures, bills, ordinances, etc -, this market will be resolved with “Yes”.
