Will Nasdaq trading be halted by a circuit breaker in 2021?

Market-wide circuit breakers are procedures to halt cross-market trading in the Nasdaq Stock Market. They are activated in case of a single-day severe market price decline. Nasdaq circuit breakers are triggered in case the S&P 500 Index declines 7% and can be activated again in cases of 13% and 20% drops.
If at least one circuit breaker is triggered in the Nasdaq Stock Market by December 31st, 2021, this market will be resolved as “Yes”.
