If the spot price of a barrel of WTI Brent Oil on December 31st of 2021 is equal to ou higher than 90 USD at the end of the day, this market will be resolved as “Yes”.

The market will be resolved based on the data reported on https://ycharts.com/indicators/brent_crude_oil_spot_price.
