Will Jair Bolsonaro create the Extraordinary Ministry of the Amazon by the end of 2021?

Market Rules

One of the main measures taken by President Jair Bolsonaro at the beginning of his term was the reduce the number of ministries in the Brazilian federal administration. On January 2021, however, President Bolsonaro admitted the possibility of recreating some of them. Later on, some analysts argued that there's a chance he may even create a new one: the Extraordinary Ministry for the Amazon.

If by December 31, 2021, the Brazilian federal government creates the Extraordinary Ministry of the Amazon (regardless of whether it is named exactly like that or receives a similar name), this market will be resolved as "Yes".
