Will Kraken go public as a US company by the end of 2021?

Cryptocurrency exchange Kraken's CEO Jesse Powell stated that the company intends to launch an IPO on the tail of competitor Coinbase’s public listing. In April 2021, Powell confirmed to Fox Business to be looking to launch the IPO in the second half of 2021, despite asserting that cryptoasset regulation might force the company out of the US before it happens.
If Kraken goes public either in the New York Stock Exchange or in the NASDAQ stock exchange by December 31st, 2021, this market will be resolved as “Yes”, regardless of whether the company goes public in form of an initial public offering (IPO) or public listing.
